Most transformative
Amazing. I've taken an independent scholar approach to psychology, have a few coaching/counseling certificates and learned a lot about myself, also went through all of Dr. Grande's videos on personality. This has, to date, been the most transformative for me. It really gets to the heart of the matter. I'm reminded of the Buddha's quote, "you can't use mind to treat mind." With intellectual understanding and analysis, basic defenses easily remain in place, but the meditations for my structures had a truly profound effect and I've been an avid practitioner of meditation and qigong for many years. With this solid foundation, I'm strongly considering further training in bioenergetics.

Greetings, Basia. I'm a psychoanalyst, hypnotherapist (+10 courses), Master in Emotional Intelligence (+7 courses), teacher of meditation, flow, mindfulness (...), and, of course, I still have a lot of things to learn about human beings! However, this is one of those rare courses that make you feel kind of blank, puzzled, astonished, or whatever you may call this weird feeling.
